About Us
From the 100% Angus beef brisket to smoked mac and cheese with bacon, we produce high quality barbecue to please every taste bud! We hand select all of our meats and other ingredients and prepare all of our food fresh, from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients. Similar to a hiring a food truck, we arrive before your event, setup our custom built smoker trailer, and slow smoke the meats and prepare the sides. We stay onsite through the buffet service to assure all of your guests are fed and happy.
